Through a discreet microphone on your phone, tablet or laptop. The patient can see it's on, but it doesn't interfere. You talk as usual - the AI listens in the background and structures the note after the session.
You review the note and make edits before you sign. The AI never has the final word - you do. Most therapists report only seconds of edits per note after the first week.
Yes. We provide a short consent script you can read aloud before the first session, and a written version for the clinic's website. Obtaining consent takes 10-15 seconds in total.
Yes. Clinic Basic is free and requires neither credit card nor commitment. Use it as long as it delivers value for you - and only upgrade if you need more.
On European infrastructure inside the EU. Encrypted, not resold. The audio recording is deleted shortly after - you only keep the final text.
